Create Project Charters and Scope Statements, aligning them with stakeholders.Developing and managing the project budget based on detailed cost breakdowns, ensuring effective financial tracking.Coordinating and communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress throughout the project lifecycle.Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing solutions to address any issues. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to resolve them.Monitoring project performance using tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and quality expectations.Preparing and presenting regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Overseeing project documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards.
