Shift Engineer(MEP)

Position : Shift Engineer (MEP) Education : Diploma/BE in Electrical Experience : Min 7 Yrs + in Maintenance as Supervisor level Job Location: Ulwe Navi MumbaiJD: Shall be responsible for Service Delivery, Performance Measurement, and Client Relationship for the shift. Support OCS Services Pvt Ltd site leadership to generate MIS Generation, Procurement Processes and Financial& Budgetary Controls of Facility Management Services. Shall act as a Single-Point of Contact for CLIENT/ADMINS on all matters pertaining to allMaintenance & Engineering Servicesfor the shift. Monitor all Electrical installations, including HT yard, Transformer, ACB's,DG, UPS, and all logbooksfor verification. Check all technicians are reporting in the righttime with properdress code and grooming Check toolboxmeeting take place every day.Ensure 3 check procedure is known to know our staff and check for adherence Check the safe working practice on every day basis Check the availability of PPE for the shift technicians Check and replenish the first aid box Check and ensure Workplace Clean on Daily Basis Ensure Operating/Maintenance Manuals, SLD, commissioning reports documents are available and stored at appropriate place Monitor all Electrical installations, including HT yard, Transformer, ACB's and all logbooks for verification Ensure A check is done everyday for the DG Sets so that back power can be given to facility during the EB failure without any delay Monitor to efficiently operate all HVAC installations, Chiller, cooling tower, pumps, PAHU, AHU and t, logbooks verification Equipment History Card, Calibration, annual compliance, and Commissioning Reports. Stick on preventive maintenance schedule as per Maximo tools Plan the work for the following day at the end of every day Check tools & tackles once in a month for its up keeping Allocate PM task list based on the schedule for the day to the technicians Maintaining breakdown record, complaint record and log book. To attend all kinds of Engineering breakdowns and complaints during the shift. Trouble-free service of Engineering services around the facility.
