Position : Shift Engineer (MEP)Education : Diploma/BE in Electrical Experience : Min 7 Yrs + in Maintenance as Supervisor levelJob Location: Ulwe Navi MumbaiJD:Shall be responsible for Service Delivery, Performance Measurement, and Client Relationship for the shift. Support OCS Services Pvt Ltd site leadership to generate MIS Generation, Procurement Processes and Financial& Budgetary Controls of Facility Management Services.Shall act as a Single-Point of Contact for CLIENT/ADMINS on all matters pertaining to all Maintenance & Engineering Services for the shift.Monitor all Electrical installations, including HT yard, Transformer, ACB's,DG, UPS, and all logbooksfor verification.Check all technicians are reporting in the righttime with properdress code and groomingCheck toolboxmeeting take place every day.Ensure 3 check procedure is known to know our staff and check for adherenceCheck the safe working practice on every day basisCheck the availability of PPE for the shift techniciansCheck and replenish the first aid boxCheck and ensure Workplace Clean on Daily BasisEnsure Operating/Maintenance Manuals, SLD, commissioning reports documents are available and stored at appropriate placeMonitor all Electrical installations, including HT yard, Transformer, ACB's and all logbooks for verificationEnsure A check is done everyday for the DG Sets so that back power can be given to facility during the EB failure without any delayMonitor to efficiently operate all HVAC installations, Chiller, cooling tower, pumps, PAHU, AHU and t, logbooks verificationEquipment History Card, Calibration, annual compliance, and Commissioning Reports.Stick on preventive maintenance schedule as per Maximo toolsPlan the work for the following day at the end of every dayCheck tools & tackles once in a month for its up keepingAllocate PM task list based on the schedule for the day to the techniciansMaintaining breakdown record, complaint record and log book.To attend all kinds of Engineering breakdowns and complaints during the shift.Trouble-free service of Engineering services around the facility.Ensuring the Vendor PM activitiesFollow-up with vendor on breakdown callsPlanning and execution of new requirementsCoordinating with sourcing team for extension of AMC orders.Regards,Sandeep Sananse- 9819017259Email: Sandeep.Sananse@
