The candidate should have a good understanding ofmunicipal drawingsas perUDCPRand hands-on experience withBPMSsystems.Key Responsibilities: Preparation and submission of architectural drawings for approval throughBPMSplatforms. Coordination and follow-up withMunicipal Authoritiesfor building plan approvals, NOCs, and related permissions. Preparation ofmunicipal drawingsas perUDCPR norms and guidelines . Support the senior architect in documentation, compliance, and submission work. Maintain project records, drawings, and approval status. Liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities as required. T.P. Clint in BPMS tracing of Municipal drawing.Required Skills: Proficient inAutoCADand knowledge ofBPMSonline systems. Good understanding ofUDCPRand municipal drawing requirements. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience: Minimum 5yearsof relevant experience inliaisoning and municipal submission work .
