Click the link below to fill out your application: Role & Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop comprehensive project plans for office spaces and retail stores interior fit-outs. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to meet project requirements. Ensure projects are executed as per schedule and within budget. Quality Control Implement quality procedures to maintain high standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality. Resolve issues or defects promptly to uphold project integrity. Finishing Activities Oversee finishing works such as POP, gypsum, false ceilings, painting, tiling, marble installation, flooring, lighting, façade, kitchen installation, and waterproofing. Ensure all finishing activities meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed documentation including plans, schedules, progress reports, and final handovers. Preferred Candidate Profile Hands-on experience in managing interior projects for high-end retail outlets, commercial interiors, office interiors hospitals, schools, or apparel stores . Ability to handle multiple projects across different locations. Strong knowledge of commercial/retail interiors, construction practices, materials, and techniques . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management , or related field. 3–5 years of project management experience in interior fit-outs (commercial/retail preferred). Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Flexibility to travel extensively across India. Why Join Us?
