About the Role To support manufacturing function to maintain consistency in product quality by maintaining, improving, optimizing production processes, reducing cost per product by implementing technologically advanced solution, to keep entire manufacturing set up state of the art by benchmarking with industry and ensuring similar standards are applied at sub-contractors. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize production processes to ensure consistent product quality Lead initiatives to reduce cost per product through advanced technology Benchmark and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing standards across our setup and sub-contractors Drive Lean Manufacturing, digitization, and IoT-based solutions for smarter operations Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs/WIs for every process step Conduct periodic audits, calibrations, and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO & IATF standards Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving Optimize shop floor layouts, conduct time studies, and standardize processes Collaborate closely with production, quality, and SCM teams to ensure seamless operations Qualifications ✔ Diploma (10–12 yrs exp) or Degree (8–10 yrs exp) in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering ✔ Experience in Process or Industrial Engineering within Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Engineering industry ✔ Exposure to ISO 9000 / IATF / Deming environments ✔ Hands-on experience in New Product Development ✔ Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM certification is a plus Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) We are an inclusive employer that welcomes all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
