Interested candidates, kindly mail to Job Purpose:To track and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders and by proactively identifying and resolving schedule-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Track purchase orders from issuance to delivery ensuring adherence to agreed delivery schedules and milestones.Follow up with vendors on manufacturing progress, inspection readiness, dispatch status and documentation.Maintain expediting trackers, delivery schedules and status reports for procurement and project teams.Identify potential delays or risks and escalate issues to procurement, contracts or project teams in a timely manner.Coordinate with quality, logistics, inspection agencies and warehouses to support smooth dispatch and receipt of materials.Ensure compliance with contractual delivery terms, documentation requirements and packing/shipping instructions.Support inspection coordination and readiness activities prior to dispatch.Update internal stakeholders on delivery status, critical items and corrective actions.Maintain proper records and documentation to support audits and internal reviews.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce or Management.3-5 years of experience in expediting, procurement follow-up or supply chain coordination roles.Basic understanding of purchase orders, delivery terms and logistics processes.Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.Ability to work with multiple vendors and manage competing priorities.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for tracking and reporting.Interested candidates, kindly mail to
