We’re Hiring | Researcher (International Affairs & Global South)International Institute for Non-Aligned Studies (IINS) is inviting applications for the position of Researcher, to support its work on international relations, development policy, human rights, and issues concerning the Global South and Non-Aligned countries.Role OverviewThe Researcher will contribute to policy research, analytical reports, briefing notes, and publications aligned with IINS’s mandate as an international think tank Key ResponsibilitiesConduct qualitative and desk-based research on international affairs, geopolitics, development, and humanitarian issuesDraft research papers, policy briefs, background notes, and analytical articlesSupport ongoing projects related to the Non-Aligned Movement, Global South cooperation, and multilateral institutionsAssist in data collection, fact-checking, and synthesis of reports for international audiencesMonitor global developments and contribute insights for publications, events, and dialoguesPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Development Studies, Law, or related fieldsStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPrior experience with think tanks, academic research, policy institutions, NGOs, or media is an advantageInterest in global governance, human rights, development policy, and South–South cooperationWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with an international policy think tankExposure to global research, diplomacy, and multilateral policy frameworksFlexible and research-driven working environmentOpportunity for publication credits and professional growth
