Location: India Experience: 3–7 years Type: Full-time / Dedicated Resource Working Hours - Night Shift (as per US Working Hours)Role Summary We are looking for an AI Search Optimization (AGO) Specialist to improve how brand, content, and products appear across AI-powered search engines, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and agent ecosystems. This role combines AI-oriented SEO, structured content engineering, embeddings, entity optimization, and LLM-based experimentation. You will build and optimize our AI search visibility, create “AI-ready” content structures, and run continuous testing to ensure our brand appears accurately and favorably inside AI-generated answers.Key Responsibilities AI Search Optimization & Entity Management Optimize brand presence inside LLMs and AI search platforms Build and maintain structured knowledge entities (brand cards, FAQs, taxonomies) Conduct periodic AI search audits across major LLMs Improve inclusion, correctness, and ranking inside AI-generated answers Content Engineering & Structured Data Convert content into AI-ready formats Create knowledge packs, semantic clusters, FAQ schemas Tag metadata and build content suitable for vector databases Collaborate with content teams to build prompt-ready assets Good to have Technical Work (Light ML / Embeddings) Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) Generate embeddings for documents and monitor similarity search Support simple RAG pipelines in collaboration with engineering Run re-ranking tests and evaluate retrieval quality Experimentation & Performance Monitoring Test LLM responses, track drift, and refine optimization strategies Run A/B experiments inside AI search engines Build dashboards for AI search visibility and entity recall rates Cross-functional Collaboration Work with SEO, product, content, and AI engineering teams Provide insights for website updates, product descriptions, and brand narratives Ensure consistency across human search (Google) and AI search (SGE + LLMs)Qualifications 2–3 years in SEO, content strategy, data analytics, or AI operations Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity analysis Basic familiarity with embeddings and vector search (training provided) Strong analytical and writing skills Ability to work with structured content systemsNice to Have Experience with Python, LangChain, or RAG frameworks Experience in schema markup / knowledge graph work Prior AI content engineering or LLM experimentation Experience with data platforms or APIsTools They'll Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity Pinecone / Weaviate / Qdrant / Chroma LangChain / LlamaIndex (optional) Google SGE tools Analytics tools (custom dashboards, GA4 where relevant)Hiring Process Intro call / Short editing assignment 30-minute interview (editorial + newsroom fit) Final discussion & offer
