This role sits at the intersection ofstrategy, operations, and client engagement— you’ll ensure that businesses onboarded onto Grexa are not just activated but are actively thriving and scaling through our platform.You’ll work cross-functionally with product, growth, and leadership teams to design processes, analyze engagement data, and ensure that Grexa becomes a key driver of success for our clients. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments — you’ll fit right in.Key Responsibilities Create and implement scalable processes to deeply understand client businesses and ensure seamless onboarding and activation Continuously monitorclient engagement metricsto identify opportunities for optimization and proactively drive platform adoption Serve as thestrategic bridgebetween clients and internal teams — ensuring clear communication and fast issue resolution Champion thevoice of the clientby gathering feedback and turning it into actionable insights for product and process improvement Strategically identifygrowth and upsell opportunitieswithin client accounts to drive retention and revenue expansion Build and maintainoperational dashboards and reporting frameworksto measure program performance Collaborate with thefounding and leadership teamsto refine client journey strategies and ensure alignment with company goalsRequirements 2–4 yearsof experience inProgram Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Growth roles , ideally in aproduct-based startup or SaaS company Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling processesthat improve efficiency and client outcomes Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills , with a focus on execution and results Excellentcommunication, coordination, and stakeholder managementskills Hands-on proficiency inCRM systems, Excel/Sheets, and marketing or automation tools Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environmentsWhy Join Us High-Growth Environment:Take real ownership and make an impact from day one — this is more than a role, it’s a launchpad for your career.
