Our portfolio includes illustrious brands like Clavam, Pan, Pan-D, and Taxim-O, which feature amongst the top 50 pharmaceutical brands in India.Role Objective:To drive brand growth and profitability in international markets by developing and executing effective marketing strategies, ensuring strong market positioning, and delivering business objectives aligned with Alkem’s vision.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & MarketingDevelop and implement proactive marketing and promotional strategies to meet brand objectives and customer needsCreate and execute operational plans based on the product life cycle to maximize brand performanceAct as the brand champion, driving internal alignment and external engagementMarket & Business AnalysisMonitor brand performance and external market environment using relevant toolsAnalyze data to identify gaps and take corrective actions to meet business targetsBuild strong disease and market understanding to generate actionable customer insightsStakeholder & Agency ManagementLiaise with external agencies to develop and execute brand initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, medical, supply chain) for seamless executionSupport and build high-performing teams to achieve business goalsBudget & OperationsManage and optimize brand budgets effectivelyEnsure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROIDrive adherence to processes such as NP4 and other internal frameworksQualification:MBA in Marketing (mandatory)Science background preferred (B. Pharma or equivalent)Experience: 5-6 years of experience in Pharma PMT
