Senior Product Manager

Define and execute the product roadmap for Life Insurance products and digital solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, underwriting, claims, sales, and IT, to deliver high-impact product enhancements.Gather and analyse business and functional requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs.Work closely with technology teams to enhance and integrate Life Asia core systems for improved efficiency.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to drive innovation in life insurance offerings.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and post-launch improvements.Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and other industry standards.Monitor key product performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 6+ years in the Life Insurance domain.Strong experience in creating and managing BRDs and FRDs for insurance product development.Hands-on experience with Life Asia or other core life insurance platforms.Expertise in digital transformation, policy administration systems, and customer journey optimization.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
