Associate Financial Advisor

What will be your key responsibilities?Execute financial and tax due diligence assignments for M&A, investment and secondary transactions, identifying key risks, financial adjustments and deal-relevant findings.Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports and present findings to clients, highlighting risk areas, deal breakers and negotiation points.Build, review and maintain financial models for startups, including revenue projections, working capital analyses and scenario modelling.Coordinate and quality-check valuation reports, liaising with registered valuers and ensuring alignment with transaction timelines.Manage multiple engagement timelines, coordinate with counterparty advisors and maintain client communication.What are the key requirements for the role?Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably 2022-2023 passoutPost-qualification work experience of 2-3 years with a strong foundation in statutory audit at a Big 4, mid-tier or reputed practice - wanting to move to due diligencesPrior experience in financial due diligence or transaction advisory is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent communication skillsAn ownership mindset and AI-native approach to work
