Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Documentation & Compliance;Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, e-way bills, etc.).Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT policies and other statutory requirements.Handle export-import licenses and other schemes.Logistics & Coordination;Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines and transporters.Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.Maintain records of imports and exports for audit and MIS reporting.Resolve issues related to customs clearance, shipment delays or documentation discrepancies.Skills & Competencies;Strong knowledge of EXIM policies, customs procedures, and DGFT regulations.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Qualifications;Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business or related field.2–5 years of experience in Export-Import operations.Knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS codes and international trade practices preferred.
