Role DescriptionAs a Deputy Manager / Manager – Sales – Exports at Walplast Products Pvt. Ltd., the person will be responsible for driving international sales growth across assigned export markets. The primary focus will be on identifying and developing new overseas business opportunities, managing distributor and channel partner relationships, and expanding the presence of Walplast’s product portfolio in global markets.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new export markets, customers, and distribution partners in assigned international territories.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, importers, agents, and key customers to drive export sales.Conduct international market research to understand demand, pricing, regulations, and competitor activities.Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely coordination, follow-ups, and after-sales support to drive repeat business.Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulatory norms, and company reporting requirementTechnical skills and qualificationAny Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.5-7 years of experience in Project Sales for Waterproofing or Construction chemical products
