Skills & Competencies : Product knowledge, End use sectors Excellent technical skills with sound commercial knowledge Proven track record of business development and innovation acumen in the Home Textiles segment Strong interpersonal and networking skills Strong orientation to timelines and targets Willingness to lead and monitor progress of key projects and related stakes Excellent communication and presentation skills Job Description : Provide compelling link between evolving needs of brands & retailers in the Home Textiles segment and Reliance specialty fibers Make high-impact presentations to brands & retailers Gain acceptance of Reliance specialties at brands/retail level Connect to identified converters in the value chain to quickly meet brands’ sampling and scale-up requirements Connect with brand/retail’s current supply chain to introduce Reliance solutions Engage with NPD and Regional teams to identify potential challenges and solutions Provide market insights and assessment through close networking with industry and customers Develop accelerated sales plan for home textile segment Educational Requirements : BE/B.Tech. in Textile Engineering with MBA desirable.
