Job Title: Critical Incident Manager Location: Navi Mumbai (On-Site) Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week Experience: 5–8 years in incident management/IT operations management Role Overview: The Incident Manager is responsible for managing incidents and emergencies within the organization, ensuring business continuity, and minimizing operational impact. This role involves assessing, prioritizing, and coordinating incident response efforts, while communicating effectively with stakeholders and leading the team during high-pressure situations.
