Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra Role Description Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Act, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations. Maintain harmonious industrial relations in the factory and provide regular feedback to management. Ensure employee insurance coverage (Medical Insurance, Group Insurance, ESIC, etc.) for both permanent and temporary employees. Manage recruitment of permanent and contract workers, attendance tracking, wage calculation, and enforcement of discipline. Lead motivational activities on the shop floor and support the creation of a positive and engaging workplace environment. Oversee plant administration functions, including: Plant security management Deployment of safety equipment on the shop floor Housekeeping contract management and ensuring proper maintenance of factory and office premises Canteen management (food quality, hygiene, cost control, discipline, timings) Pantry management Company car pool management Upkeep of office furniture. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, managing a workforce of 200+ employees, and hold an MBA in HR with a specialization in Industrial Relations.
