Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Navi Mumbai Experience: 4–8 Years (flexible based on requirement) Salary: Upto 22LPA We’re Hiring: Business Analyst We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technology and business. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements (BRD, FRS) through stakeholder engagement. Translate business needs into functional and technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met. Perform requirements analysis and provide technical solutions. Identify risks/issues in project delivery and assist in mitigation strategies. Work with change management to evaluate business process impacts. Support testing phases (unit testing, BA testing, system testing). Assist support teams for released functionality and recommend continuous improvement . Collaborate on software design and architecture with internal teams. Critical Skills Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and .NET (or other programming languages) . Strong experience in SQL Server & T-SQL (triggers, tables, functions, views, indexes, etc.). Exposure to Agile methodology and working knowledge of Azure DevOps . Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and SDLC practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
