Executive Ink Chemist

Key Responsibilities:1.Color Matching & Development.Match shades as per customer-approved samples, standards, or Pantone references.Develop new shades by mixing pigments, metallics, and pearls in inks as required for projects.Maintain detailed records of shade formulations for repeatability.2.Quality AssuranceConduct visual and instrumental shade verification using light booths, spectrophotometers, or densitometers.Ensure shade consistency across different batches and production runs.Identify, analyze, and correct deviations in shade or ink performance.3.Process ControlWork closely with production teams to ensure correct ink mixing and application.Provide guidance to printing operators on handling inks for consistent shade output.Standardize formulations and processes for scalability and efficiency.4.Customer & ComplianceEnsure all shades meet customer requirements for durability, outdoor performance, and finish.Collaborate with R&D or suppliers for new pigment/ink trials and testing.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Paints/Coatings, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years Hands-on experience in working with metallic pigments, pearl pigments, solvent-based and UV inks shade matching for screen printing inksExcellent visual color perceptionStrong documentation and process-control mindset.Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, QC, and R&D teams.Good communication and problem-solving skillsInterested candidates can share their Resume to or Whatsapp to 9187641597
