Job Description:
Lead, Strategic Accounts(Chennai/Delhi) Be accountable for the commercial success and patient reach and experience of our portfolio within your assigned territory, with a focus on deep penetration of top accounts. 1. Revenue & Market Growth Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets and New Patient Treatment (NPT) goals. Market Penetration:Execute aggressive growth strategies to increase market share within the top 10–20 critical Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key Strategic Accounts. Prescription Consistency:Develop and manage key prescribers for NexCar19 within each Strategic Account. 2. Patient Centricity & Support Enrollment Excellence:Ensure>90%of all eligible patients are enrolled in "The Hope Initiative" Patient Support Programs (PSPs). Journey Mapping:Utilize patient journey mapping to identify access gaps; engage at least 10 Category A & B HCPs with targeted services to resolve health system hurdles. Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with Patient Navigators and 3rd party service providers to secure and streamline patient enrollment. 3. Strategic Account Management & Advocacy Institutional Partnerships:Establish formal partnerships with Strategic Accounts to institutionalize improvements in the patient journey for FY26. Customer Equity:Substantially elevate advocacy levels among the top 20 HCPs, positioning yourself as a trusted scientific and commercial partner. Clinical Standardization:Collaborate with the Medical team to implement Standard of Care (SOC) protocols and define optimal patient profiles for CAR-T therapy within accounts. 4. Medical & Scientific Leadership Knowledge Transfer:Drive belief and adoption of NexCar19 through superior scientific engagement. Technical Expert:Serve as the primary "go-to" for medical queries in the territory. Response Agility:Maintain a Turnaround Time (TAT) offor basic medical requests andfor complex specific projects. 5. Digital & Operational Excellence Digital Adoption:Achieve100% implementationof all digital tools, data-capture frameworks, and dashboards provided by the Data & Digital Team. Compliance & Ethics:Maintain 100% adherence to UCPMP and internal guidelines. Ensure zero deviation findings in all audits. Administrative Diligence:Complete 100% of internal reporting, including expense management, call reporting, and mandatory training, on time. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business. MBA or MBBS/MD/PhD preferred. 10+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales, preferably inOncology, Hematology, or Rare Disease. Proven track record inKey Account Managementand navigating complex hospital ecosystems. Strong understanding of Patient Support Programs (PSP). Abilities to work with data and adaptability to digital ways of engagement. Exceptional scientific acumen and the ability to discuss complex CAR-T data with KOLs.
