Senior Designer

What will you do?- Lead with an AI-first approach, using generative tools to ideate and produce video content- Translate briefs into sharp, engaging video narratives with strong pacing and structure- Create motion graphics and edits that are on-brand, platform-ready, and high quality- Build and optimise AI-assisted workflows for faster, smarter execution- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to bring ideas to life effectively- Push for video-first and AI-native formats across campaigns- Review work, give feedback, and maintain consistency in craft and storytelling- Own timelines and delivery with speed and accountabilityWhat you should bringGenerative AI (Core)- Strong experience with AI video/image tools (Runway, Pika, Firefly, etc.)- Ability to write cinematic prompts with control over visuals, motion, and continuity- Skilled at iterating and refining AI outputs to production qualityEditing & Motion- Advanced in After Effects; strong in Premiere Pro- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and basic 3D (Blender or similar)- Good sense of sound design, color, and finishingCreative Thinking- Strong storytelling and visual instincts- Ability to adapt to different brand tones- High standards for craft and detail
