Role Overview:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design direction for key collections. This role demands a deep understanding of global fashion trends, Indian textile sensibilities, and the ability to create commercially successful collections that resonate with our target audience.Brand - ANDKey Responsibilities:Seasonal Collection Development: Conceptualize and develop seasonal collections in line with the brand’s design philosophy, customer profile, and market trends.Trend Research & Forecasting: Conduct thorough research on global fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, trims, and colors to ensure the brand stays relevant and aspirational.Design Execution: Translate concepts into detailed sketches and tech packs; oversee sample development, ensuring alignment with design vision and commercial viability.Collaboration: Work closely with the sampling, sourcing, print, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.Print & Surface Development: Collaborate with print designers to develop original prints and embroideries in line with seasonal themes.Presentation & Reviews: Prepare mood boards, collection stories, and presentations for internal reviews, trade shows, and marketing collaborations.Qualifications & Experience:Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from a reputed institute.6+ years of experience in women’s fashion design, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.Strong background in Women's western wear, especially with fusion silhouettes, prints, and luxury influences.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office.Hands-on experience with fabric sourcing, print development, and vendor coordination.Interested candidates can send their resumes to with subject line /"Fashion Designer/"
