Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to lead the design and development of innovative and artistic products across multiple home and lifestyle categories. This role focuses on mixed-material, design-forward objects that embody our brand ethos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of form, materials, artisanal techniques, and functionality, and bring a fresh, contemporary design sensibility to our collections. Key Responsibilities : Conceptualize and design new products across categories such as furniture, lifestyle bags, wall décor, curios , and decorative accessories from ideation to final prototype. Work with mixed materials (wood, metal, fabric, leather, ceramics, glass, natural fibers, etc.) to create innovative and aesthetically rich products. Conduct market and trend research to identify emerging design opportunities and align products with customer preferences and brand direction. Collaborate closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility, material availability, and cost-effectiveness. Partner with artisans, workshops, and manufacturers to develop high-quality samples and finished products. Maintain alignment with brand aesthetics and design language while pushing the envelope with creativity and craft-led innovation. Participate in seasonal launches, design presentations, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Product Design , Industrial Design , or related field from NID or similar college. 3–5 years of experience in product design, preferably in home hard goods (e.g., tableware, kitchen accessories, home décor). Strong understanding of materials such as metal, ceramic, wood, glass, etc. Excellent sketching, prototyping, and communication skills.
