Location:Belapur, Navi MumbaiKey ResponsibilitiesLegal & Real Estate DocumentationDraft, review, and manage contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and inter- company agreements Handle property documentation including sale deeds, lease deeds, leave & license agreements, mortgage deeds, and registrations Manage banking and finance documents related to loans, charges, and securities Maintain safe custody, indexing, and renewal tracking of all legal and property documentsCorporate Secretarial & ROC Compliances Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable corporate laws Independently handle ROC filings (annual, event-based, and periodic) for group companies with the Registrar of Companies Maintain statutory registers, resolutions, minutes, and secretarial records Assist in Board and General Meetings including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities Regulatory Licenses & Approvals Obtain, renew, and track statutory licenses and approvals for warehouses, offices, and properties Ensure compliance with municipal, fire, safety, environmental, and factory regulations (as applicable)Contract & Compliance Management Maintain a centralized repository of all contracts and agreements Track contract validity, renewals, and compliance obligations Coordinate with internal teams for execution, amendments, and renewalsLabour Law & Employee CompliancesOversee compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, and other labour laws Draft and update employment contracts, HR policies, and codes of conduct Support HR during statutory inspections and employee-related legal mattersLiaisoning & AdvisoryLiaise with government departments and statutory authorities for registrations and compliances Handle registrations/renewals under GST, Shops & Establishments, Professional Tax (as applicable) Identify legal and compliance risks and provide advisory support to management
