Job Description:
We are hiring an Office Coordinator to manage e-tender submissions, maintain communication with government portals and clients, and handle day-to-day office tasks such as email correspondence and file management.Key Responsibilities:Search for relevant tenders on government portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP, eProc portals)Prepare and submit tender documents onlineMaintain records of submitted tenders and deadlinesCoordinate with internal teams for required documents and approvalsDraft, send, and manage professional emailsMaintain documentation and filing of all communication and tender-related filesHandle basic office administration and follow-upsRequirements:Graduate in any field (Commerce or Business preferred)Good knowledge of computers and internet browsingFamiliarity with e-tender portals is a plusProficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, punctual, and reliablePreferred:Experience working in a government-facing company or with e-tendersAbility to multitask and handle documentation under deadlinesHow to Apply:Send your resume to with the subject line Office Coordinator – SSK” or apply through our LinkedIn page.
