Job DescriptionJob Purpose:To act as the customer-facing Front Office owner for assigned Global OEMs and key distributors, ensuring smooth Order-to-Cash coordination, high-quality customer experience, and effective issue resolution through strong collaboration across supply chain, sales, finance, and support teams.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Act as the single point of contact for customers across the Order-to-Cash processCoordinate end-to-end order execution with the Customer Service Support OfficeManage customer communication, order status updates, delivery commitments, and service queriesHandle customer complaints in a structured and solution-oriented mannerCoordinate with Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Control Tower, Sales, Finance, and Support OfficeEducation & professional experience Any Graduate3 – 5 Years of ExperienceSkill SetsNeed hands on experience with SAP & ERPService Cloud (Salesforce experience is an added advantage) or any CRM tool related to customer relationship managementExperience of supply planning and customer serviceStakeholder Management
