Senior Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Title: Senior Finance & Accounts ExecutiveExperience: 5–8 YearsLocation: Navi Mumbai Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Services / Medical Device CompanyRole Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in financial controls and reporting.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Accounting & ReportingManage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely closure of books and adherence to accounting standards Handle balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis 2. Compliance & AuditEnsure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits Maintain proper documentation and audit trails 3. Treasury & BankingManage banking operations, cash flow planning, and fund management Monitor working capital and optimize cash utilization Handle loan documentation, repayments, and banking relationships 4.
