We are looking for a skilled US Tax Specialist to handle U.S. federal and state tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while working with U.S.-based clients.Key Responsibilities:Assist in U.S. tax compliance, reporting, and documentation requirements.Support month-end and year-end tax-related processes.Perform tax research and assist in tax planning and advisory support.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for timely submissions.Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. tax laws and regulations.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the accounting department.Experience and Skills RequiredQualificationChartered Accountant (CA) is MandatoryCPA preferredExperienceMinimum of 1–2 years post- Articleship experience in US taxation, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (optional but preferred)Technical Skills Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation Experience in preparing U.S. tax returns including: Form 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S Familiarity with IRS regulations, filing requirements, and deadlines.Soft SkillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesStrong communication and client-handling skillsPersonal AttributesProactive approach to tax research and problem-solvingStrong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamWillingness to learn and stay updated with changes in US tax lawsAdditional InformationWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: AhmedabadHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated resume along with a cover letter to: hr@ +91 88664 11888Please mention “US Tax Specialist Application” in the subject line
