Our finance operations are key to sustaining this momentum, and we’re looking for the right talent to join our team.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experiencedAccountant with Freight Forwarding Industry Experienceto manage day-to-day finance activities, compliance, vendor billing, invoicing, and international remittances. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge ofGST, TDS, Zoho Books, and accounting practices specifically related to freight forwarding and logistics operations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full accounting operations within the freight forwarding domain Create customer invoices (Freight, CHA, Transport, OCEAN/AIR shipments) Process vendor bills and maintain accurate payable/receivable records Manage GST (input/output), e-invoicing, GSTR filings, and reconciliation Ensure proper TDS deduction, payments, filing, and record maintenance Manage inward and outward remittances, including overseas agent payments Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, customer accounts, and general ledger Coordinate with internal operations teams for shipment-wise cost updates Maintain accounting entries inZoho Books Assist in audits, financial documentation, and compliance reporting Prepare MIS reports for management reviewQualifications2–4 years of accounting experiencespecifically in freight forwarding/logistics(mandatory) Strong knowledge ofGST, TDS, and statutory compliance Experience with inward/outward remittancesand international payments Proficient inZoho Books(must-have) Strong understanding of vendor bills, invoice creation, and reconciliation Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related fieldWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work with a fast-growing logistics and project cargo company Professional growth in a structured and supportive environment Exposure to complex global supply-chain operationsHow to ApplyEmail your CV tohr@
