The Welder will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures, ensuring high-quality standards and safety in the work environment.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding process and equipment required. Set up welding machines and equipment according to specifications. Weld metal components together using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.). Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.Skills and Qualifications1-2 years of experience in welding or related field. Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding. Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
