Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Engineer located in Pune City. The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in sales operations, and supporting the technical needs of clients. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a deep understanding of Wozart products to provide effective solutions and guidance to customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Technical Sales SupportExperience in providing Technical Support and handling customer technical queriesStrong Analytical Skills to assess and address technical challenges strategicallyKnowledge of Sales Operations, including process optimization and client relationship managementExcellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clientsA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferredExperience in smart home technologies or IoT devices is a strong advantage
