We are committed to helping our clients achieve their career goals through practical and industry-relevant training.Role Description:As a full-time Remote Closer, your core responsibility will be to lead high-trust enrollment conversations with warm inbound leads, those who’ve already shown interest in getting to 25-50LPA.This is not a freelance gig. We’re looking for a performance-driven professional who treats sales like a craft and wants to build mastery in it.Your Mission:Drive ₹10L/month in new business revenueClose 10+ units of our Offer every monthLead 4–5 qualified sales calls per day, 6 days/week (100–120/month)Achieve a minimum 10% live close rate on ZoomFollow up with non-buyers using our reactivation systemsKeep CRM and tracking sheets updated dailyKPIs & Metrics:Call Show Rate: 80%+Live Close Rate: 10%–20%Daily Call Load: 4–5 inbound callsWeekly Hours: ~50 (Tue–Sun)Availability: 11 AM – 8 PM IST on SlackCompensation:Base Pay (Draw): ₹15,000/monthCommission: 10% on cash collectedBonus: Extra 2% for Paid-in-Full clientsExpected Earnings:₹80K–₹1L/month @ 10% close rate₹1.6L–₹2L/month @ 20% close rateYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You:Have prior experience in high-ticket sales (wellness, coaching, education, etc.)Are emotionally intelligent, consultative, and performance-drivenWant to work remotely, full-time, with serious growth upsideAre comfortable using CRMs, handling follow-ups, and working in a fast-paced teamHow to apply? • Fill the Google form - • If there’s a match, our team will reach out in 24 hours.
