With a team of 40 skilled professionals, the company continuously redefines contemporary design with its cutting-edge approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions from Cretekala’s product portfolio. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, building relationships, addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and contributing to sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and relationship-building - Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development - B2B and B2C sales experience, with the ability to negotiate and close deals - Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) - Ability to work effectively in a team, with problem-solving and decision-making skills - Results-driven, with strong organizational and time management abilities - Prior experience in interior design, architecture, or construction industries will be an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
