Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals. Sales Cycle Management:Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring accurate data entry in the CRM. Client Engagement:Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales to achieve individual and team quotas. Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Reporting:Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports on activities, and forecast sales. Market Awareness:Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts. Collaboration:Work with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment. Proficiency with CRM software (TCS ion) and MS Office.
