Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding services, solutions, and products. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure the successful execution of client projects. - Analyze client feedback and propose strategies for improving service delivery. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies. - Maintain accurate financial records using Tally for invoicing, billing, and client transactions. - Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing or payment issues. - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and progress.
