Through 1:1 tutoring and specialized programs in Coding, AI, Mental Maths, and Foreign Languages, we aim to enable strong conceptual understanding and long-term academic growth.Role OverviewThis is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with end-to-end ownership of performance marketing and growth initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition through a combination of paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategies, with a clear focus on measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google AdsManage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion (demo bookings and enrollments)Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and inbound trafficBuild and scale social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTubeConduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance metricsAnalyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Ads ManagerOptimize campaigns for ROI, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion ratesCollaborate on content and creative strategies to enhance engagement and conversionCandidate Profile2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketingProficiency in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads platformsWorking knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page fundamentals)Experience in social media growth and content strategyStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsUnderstanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and retargetingAbility to work independently and take complete ownership of outcomesPrior experience in EdTech, tutoring, or B2C startups is preferredWork DetailsWork Mode: RemoteWorking Days: 6 days/weekWeekly Off: TuesdayProbation Period: 3 monthsApplication ProcessInterested candidates may share their resume on along with relevant work samples, including:Campaign performance metrics or case studiesSEO or organic growth contributionsSocial media pages or campaigns managedPramyan — Personalized Learning.
