Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace & Advertising Executive to take ownership of day-to-day execution across Amazon (primary channel) and Walmart (secondary channel), with advertising performance as a core focus.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys diving into data, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards. You will manage on-platform advertising, oversee marketplace hygiene, execute pricing and promotions, and deliver structured weekly performance reporting with actionable insights.You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketplaces and collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Creative teams.Key Responsibilities1) Advertising Management (Primary Responsibility)Own optimisation of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Walmart advertisingManage daily and weekly optimisation including:Budget pacing and bid adjustmentsTargeting and placement optimisationSearch term harvesting and negative keyword implementationMaintain campaign hygiene including structure, naming conventions, and portfolio organisationLaunch and iterate campaigns for priority SKUs including new launches, seasonal pushes, and promotional supportAlign advertising activity with stock availability and promotional calendar to protect and scale spend appropriately2) Weekly Advertising Performance ReportingDeliver structured weekly performance reports across Amazon and Walmart, including:Spend, attributed sales, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, POAS, CPO, CTR, CVR, CPCPerformance drivers and changes week-over-weekClear action plans for the following weekMaintain an optimisation and change log to ensure decision traceabilityIdentify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for scale3) Marketplace Operations & Account HygieneConduct daily checks in Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center:Listing status, suppressed/inactive items, buyability issuesDiagnose and resolve catalogue and offer issues; manage support cases through to closureMonitor stock availability and run-rate; escalate low-cover risks with recommendationsTrack customer-impact signals such as returns, feedback trends, and delivery performance4) Pricing & Promotions ExecutionImplement approved pricing and promotional plansConduct pre-flight validation (SKUs, dates, eligibility, inventory thresholds, stacking conflicts)Monitor live promotions and ensure clean resets post-promotionMaintain accurate SKU to ASIN mapping and documentation5) Catalogue & Listing SupportExecute listing updates using flat files and platform toolsMaintain catalogue change logsSupport SEO initiatives led by the Global Head of MarketplacesShare advertising search-term insights to inform optimisation strategyRequired Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central marketplace executionProven experience managing Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) with a structured optimisation methodologyExperience owning and managing performance reportingStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, filters, formulas)Demonstrated troubleshooting experience (listing suppressions, offer issues, variation fixes, case management)Experience managing significant advertising budgets (circa 1M annually)High accuracy in pricing and promotion executionExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and escalate issues appropriatelyExperience working with international (UK, US, EU, CA, AU) companies preferredExposure to Amazon tools and integrations (e.g., Helium 10, Sellerboard or similar)Preferred SkillsIn-house experience within a D2C or consumer brandExperience in SME or start-up environmentsStrong operational mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptData-driven decision maker with a proactive approachComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentWork ScheduleMonday to Friday - 09:00 – 17:30 GMTIndia (IST): 14:30 – 23:00 ISTWhat Success Looks LikeAdvertising campaigns are consistently optimised with measurable performance improvementsWeekly reporting is clear, structured, and action-orientedMarketplace issues are proactively identified and resolved with minimal recurrencePromotions are executed accurately and reset cleanlyCatalogue hygiene is maintained at a high standardBenefits & What We OfferFor candidates based in India:Annual Compensation: 9 -12 LPAFully remote role
