Bundled is looking for a data-driven Social Media & Growth Lead to own our brand’s voice and community scale-up in the U.S. market. We need a strategist who can bridge the gap between /"viral creativity/" and /"hard business metrics./"You will be responsible for defining our brand voice, owning the end-to-end community engagement strategy, and eventually building out the social team. You aren't just posting content; you are analyzing sub-segments of our audience to solve subscription fatigue and drive ROI.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Voice & Platform OwnershipStrategic Branding: Develop and enforce Bundled’s brand voice across TikTok, Reels, X, and LinkedIn. Ensure our /"vibe/" is native to U.S. internet culture while remaining professionally credible.Full-Funnel Content: Lead content production from high-level strategy to /"lo-fi/" mobile editing. You should know when to use a meme for awareness and when to use a testimonial for conversion.2. Advanced Analytics & Impact AssessmentData-Driven Decision Making: Move beyond vanity metrics. You will track CAC (Cost Per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and Churn as they relate to social media efforts.Audience Segmentation: Analyze our followers to identify sub-segments (e.g., /"The Budget-Conscious Gen Z/" vs. /"The Busy Professional/"). Tailor messaging to solve their specific subscription-based pain points.Attribution: Use UTM parameters and platform-specific tracking to prove exactly how social media is impacting the bottom line.3. Community Scale-Up & EngagementGrowth Hacking: Execute proactive community-led growth strategies. You aren't just answering DMs; you are sparking the conversations that lead to /"Social Proof./"U.S. Economic Insights: Leverage an understanding of U.S. economic trends (e.g., /"The Subscription Squeeze/") to pivot our messaging and highlight Bundled’s value proposition.4.
