This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing Marketo campaigns integrated with Salesforce, ensuring accurate campaign architecture, segmentation, reporting, and cross-channel orchestration.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketo Campaign Execution & OperationsBuild and execute end-to-end campaigns in Adobe Marketo, including email, nurture, webinar, and lifecycle programsDevelop and manage engagement programs, smart campaigns, and program templatesConfigure tokens, snippets, dynamic content, and personalization logicMaintain campaign quality assurance, testing, and deployment standardsSalesforce & Campaign Architecture OwnershipOwn and manage SFDC campaign architecture aligned with Marketo programsConfigure and maintain campaign hierarchies, member statuses, and attribution structureManage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and routing logic across Marketo–SFDCEnsure data sync integrity and CRM governanceSegmentation, Journey & Lifecycle ManagementDesign and implement audience segmentation and targeting strategiesBuild nurture streams and customer journey flows across lifecycle stagesOptimize lead qualification, progression, and engagement scoringOmnichannel Campaign OrchestrationSupport integrated campaigns across email and additional channels (webinars, events, paid media, social, content syndication)Ensure consistent messaging and tracking across channelsCoordinate campaign calendars and cross-functional executionMeasurement, Reporting & OptimizationDevelop campaign reporting and dashboards beyond email metricsTrack funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance in Marketo/SFDCAnalyze results and recommend optimization strategiesSupport attribution and ROI measurementPlatform Governance & IntegrationMaintain Marketo instance health, naming conventions, and folder structureSupport Marketo–Salesforce integrations and data management processesContribute to MAP enhancements, migrations, or re-platforming initiativesDemonstrate awareness of APIs and marketing technology integrationsRequired Qualifications4–6 years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experienceAdobe Marketo Certification (mandatory)Strong experience with Marketo–Salesforce integration and campaign setupExpertise in nurture programs, segmentation, and lead scoringExperience in campaign reporting and lifecycle managementUnderstanding of omnichannel demand-generation programsExperience working in global marketing or B2B environments
