Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, managing budgets, and recommending data-driven improvements. Collaboration with creative teams, stakeholders, and clients to align marketing strategies with business goals is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC advertising tools.Strong analytical skills with experience in managing campaign data, A/B testing, and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends.Ability to develop creative marketing content and collaborate effectively with design and content teams.Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in driving ROI and meeting performance metrics through digital campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred.Prior experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury industry is a plus.
