We are a fast-growing men's performance coaching company based in Mumbai. Our growth is fueled by acquisition platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. To continue scaling, we are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our performance marketing team and lead the development of high-performing ad creatives.Role Overview:We are looking for a Performance Marketer to lead the ideation, strategy, and execution of high-performing paid media ad creatives across Meta, and other acquisition channels.This role is responsible for scaling acquisition through creative, working closely with the Marketing Head, Video Editors, and Sales team to produce and iterate on direct-response driven creatives.This role requires both creative vision and a data-driven mindset, ensuring that every piece of content is optimized for performance while staying true to our brand’s premium aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Ideation & Strategy: Develop engaging, conversion-focused ad concepts tailored to a 30+ demographic.Collaboration: Partner with video editors, and marketing head to bring creative ideas to life.Audience & Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor campaigns, and consumer insights to stay ahead of the curve.Performance Optimization: Analyze ad performance, extract learnings, and apply data-driven insights to improve creative outputs.A/B Testing: Conduct systematic creative testing (copy, visuals, formats) to identify high-performing assets.Build creative strategies aligned with funnels and backend salesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: 2+ years in a creative strategy role within e-commerce, DTC brands, or with campaigns targeting 30+ audiences.Strong direct response copywriting skillsAd Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ad best practices; familiarity with other platforms a plus.Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting ad performance data and applying insights to optimize creative assets.Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives that emotionally resonate with older audiences.Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, editors, and marketers.What This Role Is NOTNot a graphic design roleNot a video editing roleNot a social media posting roleThis is a strategy + performance ownership role.Why Join Us?Be part of a fastest-growing coaching brand in India with big ambitions.Play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision behind our paid media success.Work in a collaborative, dynamic, and creative environment.Opportunity to directly impact growth and performance with your creative ideas.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based growth opportunities as the brand scalesRemote Work
