We specialize in integrated marketing campaigns, creative content development, and data-driven strategies that help brands connect meaningfully with their audiences.As part of our expansion, we’re looking for passionate, creative, and result-driven professionals to join our team.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media Manager and a Client Servicing / Account Planning Manager (The Mastermind) who can drive brand strategy, manage client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding creative and digital solutionKey Roles & ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goalsCreate and manage detailed content calendars for multiple clientsPlan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Threads, etc.)Experiment with new formats such as Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Live sessionsContent Creation & ManagementCreate and oversee engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video)Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure brand consistencyManage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform optimizationCommunity Reputation & ManagementMonitor, engage, and respond to comments, messages, and mentionsBuild meaningful relationships with followers, influencers, and communitiesHandle online reputation professionally and proactivelyAnalytics, Reporting & PerformanceTrack and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)Prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement recommendationsOptimize campaigns using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and audience targetingAccount Planning / Client Servicing (The Mastermind)Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsDevelop and lead comprehensive brand and communication strategiesDecode client briefs clearly and translate them into actionable plansUncover consumer insights and market trends to guide creative directionCoordinate daily with internal teams (creative, social, media, production)Ensure smooth execution of campaigns within timelines, scope, and budgetsPresent strategies, ideas, and performance reports confidently to clientsMaintain accurate documentation of briefs, approvals, and communicationIdentify upselling and growth opportunities (no hard targets)Required Skills & QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field4–5 years experience for Social Media Manager | 4–5 years experience for Client Servicing role (agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithmsExcellent communication, pitching, and presentation skillsProficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.Strong strategic thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesCreativity, adaptability, and attention to detailWhy Join Us?Work with exciting brands and creative campaignsCollaborative, energetic, and growth-focused agency cultureOpportunity to lead, innovate, and make a real impactHow to Apply
