Senior Spotfire Engineer (10+ years experience)

Role: Senior Spotfire EngineerWork Location: RemoteHire Type: ContractYears of experience: 10+ Years  The Role:We are searching for a Senior Spotfire Engineer to support the needs of a high-visibility, large scale initiative which aims to create a GxP E2E analytical reporting solution which builds Spotfire dashboard as a front-end tool for business to view, analyze, consume & export the data.You will have to build Complex Analytical dashboards using Spotfire application along with customizing the reports using SQL, Iron-Python, HTML and CSS.You will collaborate closely with teams across regulatory operations, analytical development, QC and other business units to maximize the value of our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain robust Spotfire Reports on version 12.0 or above.• Handle complex Spotfire formatting & functional requirements using SQL, Iron-Python, HTML, CSS and Java.• Develop dimensional and columnar data models optimized for SQL analytics.• Handle Spotfire Administration Activities related to User Access, Scheduling, Deployment & Migrations.• Lead discussions on design requirements from a BI reporting standpoint.• Profile, test, and validate data; resolve quality issues at root cause.• Automate monitoring, logging, and alerting to safeguard data integrity.• Translate business questions into scalable warehouse and BI solutions.• Stay current on Spotfire Upgrades, TIBCO Community Portal, BI Technologies.• Attend and materially contribute to requirements refinement and solutioning discussions/work sessions, sprint planning, sprint review and backlog prioritization meetings• Responsible for technical GxP validation activities (CSV), authoring technical documentation, and deploying solutions aligned with 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and internal quality standards. Required Background:• Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• Teams – Overall 10+ years of experience working as developer inside teams responsible for maintaining BI Reports, Data Warehousing and Analytics.• BI Reporting – 6+ years of experience on building reports using Spotfire Application version 12.0 and above.• Coding Languages- Proven experience with Postgres SQL, Iron-Python, HTML, CSS and Java.• ETL - 6+ years of Experience performing data transformations tools using SQL and Python.• Cloud Environment – Proved experience working with AWS Cloud Environments.• Strong data modeling skills (star, snowflake, data vault, dimensional).• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and business acumen.• Experience on using Git Hub for version control, code migration & deployment.• Ability to communicate key technical concepts and solutions to business stakeholders in non-technical language (oral, written and/or diagramming)• Demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving technologies.• Strong experience owning technical documentation and technical requirements• 3-4 years experience working in agile scrum methodology within GxP regulated environment• Strong understanding of data quality, data integrity (ALCOA+), and validation documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ)• Experience working with following tools:o JIRA, Confluence, Kneat, VeevaEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Spotfire certifications, any ETL Tools certifications, HTML, CSS, Java Certifications. If interested, please share your resume on
