In this role, you’ll manage job applications end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and helping candidates connect with roles that match their skills and goals.What You’ll Do:Apply for jobs on behalf of clients across multiple job portals (LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) with accuracy and attention to detail.Source, review, and screen resumes based on provided requirements.Assist in connecting IT and non-IT talent with top opportunities across the U.S.Maintain records and trackers in Excel for reporting and monitoring.Ensure smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree (any specialization; recent graduates welcome).Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.Personal laptop and reliable internet connection.Excellent verbal and written English communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using online job portals.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a remote environment.Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required — full training provided.Why You’ll Love Working With Us:Permanent Work From Home role.Schedule: 5-day work week (weekends off).Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses.Rewards: Bonuses and recognition for top performers.Culture: Supportive, collaborative and growth-driven team environment.
