You’ll be responsible for building fast, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces while setting frontend standards and mentoring other engineers.This role is hands-on and strategic — you’ll write production code, make technical decisions, and work closely with product, design, and backend teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipOwn the frontend architecture and technical roadmapDefine and enforce coding standards, performance, and best practicesLead code reviews and mentor frontend engineersMake decisions on frameworks, libraries, and toolingDevelopmentBuild and maintain high-quality web applicationsTranslate designs and product requirements into clean, performant UIImplement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser experiencesIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIsOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and usabilityCollaborationWork closely with:Product managers to shape requirements and deliveryDesigners to ensure pixel-perfect UI and great UXBackend engineers on APIs, data contracts, and performanceParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussionsQuality & DeliveryEnsure frontend code is:TestableMaintainableWell-documentedOwn frontend release processes and CI/CD pipelinesMonitor performance, bugs, and user feedbackRequired Skills & ExperienceMust Have5+ years of frontend development experienceStrong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScriptExtensive experience with React.js (or similar modern frameworks)Solid understanding of:HTML5, CSS3, modern layout systemsState management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)REST APIs and async data handlingExperience building and maintaining production web appsFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern build tools
