The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery aligned with nonprofit fundraising and program management needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with nonprofit stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP solutionsConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and flowsDesign and support fundraising, donor management, grants, programs, and reporting processesWork closely with technical, data migration, and integration teamsPrepare functional design documents, user stories, and solution walkthroughsSupport UAT, training, and go-live activitiesAct as a functional SME for nonprofit best practices and Salesforce capabilitiesProvide post-go-live support and enhancementsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong functional consulting backgroundHands-on experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud (NPC) or NPSPStrong understanding of nonprofit business processes (fundraising, donations, households, grants, programs)Experience configuring Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)Strong experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and stakeholder communicationExperience supporting end-to-end Salesforce implementationsExcellent documentation and presentation skills
