Pay; 15-25 Lakh per annu an hourAIMS is a critical enterprise application used by the airline to manage flight operations, crew scheduling, and regulatory compliance. The objective of this Statement of Work is to outline the scope, requirements, and deliverables necessary to provide ongoing support, system optimization, and integration services to ensure AIMS continues to meet business objectives effectively.The scope of this engagement includes:Operational Support: Provide Tier 1–3 support for AIMS, ensuring platform uptime, issue resolution, and service continuity.User Administration & Configuration: Manage user roles, permissions, and system configuration according to operational needs.Change Management: Support software updates, patching, and change requests in collaboration with the AIMS vendor and Atlas stakeholders.Integration Support: Monitor and maintain data exchange between AIMS and other systems (e.g., crew payroll, rostering, flight tracking, and ERP platforms).Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards from AIMS support data (issues, tickets, up time, etc.).Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure AIMS usage aligns with all regulatory requirements.Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation of workflows and customizations.Functional RequirementsSupport for flight scheduling, crew rostering, training tracking, and fatigue management.Maintain real-time data synchronization with third-party platforms (e.g., TRAX, JDE, CargoSpot).Facilitate self-service reporting features for operational teams.Technical RequirementsMaintain secure connectivity between AIMS and internal systems (via API, flat file, or middleware).Monitor performance, system logs, and security alerts.Coordinate vendor SLAs and ensure timely escalations when needed.Staffing & Access RequirementsDedicated system administrator or support lead.24/7 on-call support coverage for critical operational windows.Admin-level access to the AIMS environment and test sandbox.Communication & Governance RequirementsWeekly syncs with IT, Flight Ops, and AIMS vendor.Quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.All major changes subject to Change Advisory Board (CAB) approval.
