We're looking for someone to lead operator vetting, onboarding, and credibility assessment.What you'll do:Identify and research target operators on LinkedIn (PE/consulting/operations background)Design credibility assessment frameworksConduct 1-on-1 onboarding conversations with executivesHelp operators understand their market positioning and valueMaintain network quality and institutional standardsIdeal:Background in consulting, executive search, or institutional networksUnderstanding of operational roles (COO, CFO, VP Ops, etc.)Experience assessing business outcomes and impactTrack record building and maintaining quality networksWho we're looking for: 5+ years working with senior executives in assessment, vetting, or institutional matching. You understand what separates elite operators from the rest.
