Job Title: Pharma / Healthcare Recruiter Experience Required: 2+ years in pharmaceutical/health-care recruitmentType: Work From HomeShift Timings: 1) 3 pm to 12 am - UK Shift 2) 7pm to 4 am - US ShiftSalary : 30 K INR per monthJob Summary:The Pharma Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical roles, building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full cycle of pharmaceutical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidatesPartner with hiring managers and department heads to understand position requirements and develop targeted search strategiesUse a range of sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, and networking events—to identify and attract top pharmaceutical talentEvaluate resumes, interview candidates, and assess fit for various positions in research, development, sales, regulatory, and manufacturingMaintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Negotiate job offers, coordinate background checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processMonitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and prepare regular reports for managementStay updated with pharmaceutical industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movementEnsure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment lawsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience recruiting for pharmaceutical or bio-tech organizations, either agency or in-houseStrong understanding of pharmaceutical roles, technical requirements, and compliance standardsProficiency with ATS/HRIS and common sourcing platformsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyIf interested fill the details mentioned below and send your updated resume on / whatsap on 919819563178
